Ellen bakes her own bread almost every week with a sourdough starter she’s been maintaining for more than three years.
An experienced HR professional, Ellen is passionate about creating equitable and inclusive workplaces where all employees can thrive and do their best work. Prior to working in HR, she worked for NGOs promoting human and environmental rights in Chiang Mai, Thailand. A Michigander, Ellen graduated from Kalamazoo College and is an enthusiastic Detroit sports fan. When she’s not in the office, Ellen can be found on the ultimate frisbee field, running through Seattle’s parks or exploring the North Cascades.
